Our Founder

Temitope Agbaje is a Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Driven by her personal experiences of overcoming low self-esteem as a young girl, Temitope founded the Butterfly Foundation for Girls in October 2023. This transformative initiative is dedicated to empowering girls and young women to rise above societal challenges, embrace their authentic identities, and develop a profound sense of self-worth.


Temitope is based in the United Kingdom, where she balances her professional endeavors with her role as a wife and mother of two. Her multifaceted contributions to both the corporate world and the community underscore her dedication to creating meaningful and lasting impact.
